Our Commitment to Professional Growth

We prioritize clinician development and offer a range of opportunities to grow and connect with colleagues, including:
 
• Professional presentations on a variety of therapeutic topics.
• Regular clinical meetings focused on general treatment issues.
• Specialized consultation groups, such as:
◦ Weekly individual consultations for addressing specific clinical issues.
◦ Couples’ group consultation meetings.
◦ ADHD consultation group.
◦ Schema Therapy consultation group.
◦ Emotion-Focused Therapy consultation group.
 
All our professional development activities are currently hosted via Zoom, ensuring ease of access and fostering inclusion for all team members.

We are seeking individuals who:

• Are committed to professional development.
• Embrace evidence-based and integrative therapeutic approaches.
• Value culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and attachment-based care.
 
We are currently accepting applications from:
 
• Psychologists in autonomous practice
• Psychologists in supervised practice
• Social workers with at least five years of clinical experience
• Doctoral-level associates nearing the completion of their degree
 
Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
 
• A solid educational foundation, including formal clinical training.
• Experience integrating evidence-based treatments and a strong commitment to ongoing learning.
• Proficiency in one or more core therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, Schema Therapy, IFS, Emotionally Focused Therapy) and a strong interest in expanding your clinical repertoire.
• Accredited internships or hospital-based placements or positions.
• For Master’s-level clinicians: advanced training and completion of certification in a therapeutic approach (e.g., DBT, Schema Therapy, Emotion-Focused or Emotionally Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing).
• Knowledge of attachment theories and trauma-informed care.

• Training and experience in providing treatment for specialized areas, including sport & performance psychology, complex trauma, couples and relationship therapy, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (adolescents and adults), addictions, Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs), and sex therapy.
• A commitment to a culturally responsive practice that embraces and honours diversity and inclusivity.
• The ability to provide therapy in additional languages, such as Cantonese, Mandarin, French, or Spanish.
