Dr. Meghan Prosser is a senior-level psychologist providing supervision, consultation, training, and therapy at Toronto Psychology Centre. Her therapy approach includes Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) for adults and older adults and seniors. She has extensive experience providing assessment and treatment for Depressive and Anxiety Disorders (e.g., social anxiety, generalized anxiety, panic, agoraphobia), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), PTSD and childhood/complex trauma, as well as other problems in living (e.g., grief, transitions, relationship concerns). Dr. Prosser has a special interest in helping individuals identify and change problematic life patterns and regulate emotions in healthier, more adaptive ways to enhance well-being and relationships.
Dr. Prosser strives to build an authentic, trusting, and connected therapeutic relationship. In the process of working toward clients’ goals, she encourages individuals to adopt an attitude of openness and curiosity toward their experience and aims to help clients develop greater self-acceptance and self-compassion, which are important for psychological health and life satisfaction. Dr. Elizabeth Wong is a clinical psychologist with training in evidence-based therapies that include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). She takes an integrative approach that allows her to tailor treatment to each client’s individual needs within a non-judgemental, compassionate and warm space.
Dr. Wong offers individual therapy to adults who are experiencing a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, family of origin concerns, difficulties with emotion regulation, OCD, skin picking/lip biting, hair pulling, ADHD, body image concerns, perfectionism, self-esteem concerns and self-criticism, and grief.

Dr. Shauna Solomon-Krakus is a clinical psychologist who provides evidence-based treatments and assessments for adults. At Toronto Psychology Centre, she provides treatment for Depressive Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, and other issues such as perfectionism and self-criticism. In addition to her work at Toronto Psychology Centre, she is also currently employed as a staff psychologist at Toronto General Hospital’s Eating Disorder Program.
Dr. Matthew Bernstein is a registered clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. He offers assessment services as well as therapy for individuals seeking help with sport and performance. Dr. Bernstein offers a range of neuropsychological assessment for issues such as concussion, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s disease and related conditions, dementia, brain tumours, and epilepsy. He also provides neurodevelopmental assessments for Autism and ADHD, as well as psychoeducational assessments including testing for Learning Disabilities.

Dhwani Joshi holds a Masters of Social Work degree from Wilfred Laurier University. Her therapy practice is focused on transitional aged youth (ages 16-25), adults, and couples navigating life’s challenges. She also provides parent coaching for families of teens across Ontario. In her work with individuals, she addresses a broad range of concerns such as trauma and PTSD, substance use, emotion regulation difficulties (e.g., overwhelming feelings such as anger, fear, sadness, and shame), relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, ADHD, LGBTQ+ related and racial identity issues, and struggles with self- esteem/self-criticism.
