Toronto Psychology Centre brings together a small group of registered psychologists dedicated to helping people make meaningful, lasting change. We offer Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and Mindfulness-based approaches. In collaboration with you, we will work hard to help you better understand and manage upsetting experiences, reduce distressing symptoms, and find new, more adaptive ways of relating to yourself, others, and to the world around you.

As psychologists, we possess a high level of training, knowledge, and skill related to helping people make constructive changes in how they think, feel, and act in order to achieve greater well-being.

We use an an evidence-based model of practice to find the most effective way to resolve core issues. Our approach to therapy balances knowledge and integration of current research on effective treatment interventions with the cultivation of a genuine, compassionate, and empathic therapeutic relationship. How We Can Help
