Rebecca, Practice Care Coordinator

Rebecca is our Practice Care Coordinator and will be your first point of contact. She is warm, approachable, and strives to make you feel welcomed. Her primary aim when you call is to understand what is important to you in seeking an assessment or treatment and ensure the process of scheduling an appointment goes smoothly.

To that end, Rebecca works closely with Dr. Prosser and the clinical team to match you with a psychologist, social worker, or neuropsychologist. She also enjoys assisting individuals seeking treatment from throughout the province of Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia who are participating in our telemental health service.

Rebecca is an administrative professional with six years of experience working in client-facing administrative roles, including a former role at a busy psychotherapy practice.

She is relationship-driven, values diverse perspectives, and enjoys collaborating with our highly trained team of practitioners to support evidence-based, client-centered care. Rebecca holds an Honours BSc in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Toronto. Her career aspirations include a Masters degree in psychology, which she hopes to pursue on a part-time basis alongside her work at Toronto Psychology Centre.

In her role as Practice Care Coordinator, Rebecca is passionate about delivering exceptional care and customer service, whether it be finding a good match or providing you with an excellent referral recommendation. She looks forward to personally welcoming you to our Centre!
